Washington D.C. — Institute for Organization Management, the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, has appointed Tony Vedda, IOM, CCE, President and CEO, North Texas Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender (GLBT) Chamber of Commerce, to the National Board of Trustees. As a member of the trustees, Vedda will help set the strategic direction of Institute and will take an active role in advancing Institute’s standard operating and curriculum policies.

Dallas, TX – The North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its receipt of the excellence in communication award presented on Thursday, August 13th at the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)’s 2015 International Business & Leadership Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“We have spent seven years crafting the annual Community Resource & Visitor Guide into the unique and valuable resource that it is today,” said Tony Vedda, North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce President and CEO. “It is an honor to receive this recognition, and we look forward to making the 2016 Guide even more of a staple for visitors to the Dallas / Fort Worth area.”
