Dale Holdman

Dale is the founder and owner of Coaching Beyond, LLC. He received his training from the International Coaching Federation, obtaining accreditation as a professional coach. Dale is certified in "Everything DiSC Assessment" and many other tools to enhance his coaching ability. He uses these assessment tools and other training courses to enhance his ability to coach, and is driven to help people move forward and make positive changes to improve their futures.

Dale is a professional coach with more than 25 years experience in Senior Leadership and Development. For 19 years, Dale was Senior Vice President of Operations for US Bioservices. He also held the role of Chief Nursing officer for Vencor Hospital and Director of ER for Doctors Hospital. It was Dale's entrepreneurial spirit that led him to purchase Outlines Men's Wear on Cedar Springs.

Jodi McShan

Incumbent Board Member

Jodi McShan grew up in a family-owned business, where she did everything from floral design and delivery to accounting and management.  At McShan Florist, she learned the benefits of hard work and personal relationships from both her grandfather, Lee A. McShan, Jr., and her father, Bruce McShan.

Jodi attended Vanderbilt University where she studied Psychology and Spanish. After gaining her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, Jodi moved to San Diego to attend law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. She graduated in May 2009, returned to Texas, and passed the Texas Bar that same year. In 2016, she obtained her L.L.M. from the University of London.

While balancing her family law firm, Law Office of Jodi McShan, PLLC, and her work at McShan Florist, she stays active in our community. She is on the board for the Junior League of Dallas, on the Black Tie Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters chair-elect for the Dallas Bar Association's Solo & Small Firm Section, is a proud member of the 2017 Leadership Dallas class for the Dallas Regional Chamber, and remains active in a number of other organizations.

Armando Ramirez

Armando is a Senior Loan Officer with Supreme Lending and a Chamber Member since 2010. He has spent more than 28 years in the mortgage business, previously working at Southwest Airlines for 20 years where he gained valuable experience in customer service.

Armando has been actively involved with the Jaycees, Alpha Kappa Professional Men's Alumni chapter, and local professional and networking groups.

Mariel Street

Incumbent Board Member

Mariel received her undergraduate degree from University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Southern Methodist University. After graduating from UT, she served two and half years with the United States Peace Corps as a community development volunteer, where she was the acting Chairman of the Volunteer Advisory Committee for the Republic of Vanuatu.

Upon returning to Dallas, she joined forces with her two older brothers to start Liberty Burger, in November of 2011. Liberty Burger has grown to six locations and has received numerous accolades throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Market, including D Magazine's Best Burger in Dallas, the Advocate's Best Burger for Lakewood and North Dallas, Top New Burger Joints from Burger Business, and the Green Business award.

Mariel was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 by the East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and featured in D Magazine's The Dallas 40: How Dallas came to the most exciting point in its history 40 stories over 40 years. Liberty Burger was recognized as the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce 2014 Business of the Year.

Clint Thomson

Clint is owner and Senior Technician at Celeratec Managed Services, LLC. Celeratecmanages every aspect of technology infrastructure, from recommendation and procurement to implementation and management. The company offers a variety of products and services created to maximize your technology assets and ensure your business success.

In addition to running Celeratec, a certified LGBTBE®, Clint is a competitive runner. Clint has served on the local leadership council of Lambda Legal, most recently as the council's co-chair. He is also active with the Dallas Red Foundation, a charitable organization that provides funding to Legacy Counseling.

Justin Williams

Incumbent Board Member

In 2007, with several years of real estate and title experience behind him, JT opened Uptown Title, a title insurance and escrow company. At the same time, along with his good friend, Jared Pearce, he launched the Red Party Foundation (known today as the Dallas Red Foundation). For seven years, the Dallas Red Foundation fundraising efforts have supported work of Legacy Counseling, a Dallas-based HIV/AIDS service organization.

JT was elected to the Chamber's Board of Directors in 2011, believing strongly in the relationship based business model promoted by the Chamber. As a sixth-generation Dallasite, JT has deep roots in the Dallas community and has formed lasting relationships with some of Dallas' most influential people. From restaurant recommendations to helping people through the process of selling or purchasing a home, he was, and still is, the "go-to" person for anyone who knows him or of him.

Currently, JT serves as the Chamber's Treasurer and as a Membership Ambassador. In addition, he maintains his role as the Co-Founder of the Dallas Red Foundation. When he is not working and dedicating time to non-profit work, you can probably find JT, his partner, Derek, and their toy Poodle, Mister Jack at the lake!

Timothy Wall

Incumbent Board Member

Tim is a Financial Advisor and Signator Registered Representative at Rockgate Financial Partners. He brings more than 20 years of business and advisory experience, including corporate development, private equity, business and tax consulting and college expense planning.  In his past career, Tim spent several years as the owner of domestic and international manufacturing and distribution facilities.  He was also a public speaker in tax, and college financial aid planning. His specialties include working with small businesses, investments, tax liability strategies, estate planning and charitable giving programs.

Tim attended the University of Rochester in New York, where he attained both his BA in Economics and his MBA in Finance.   He is an accomplished, self-taught private chef with published writings on food, wine, and international travel. He enjoys cooking and gardening at his home in Farmers Branch, Texas.
